EAST CHICAGO, IN: Police, Fire & EMS were on the scene of a horrific crash near 129TH & Dickey. The crash occurred around 7 PM. The vehicle struck a utility pole. The engine was ejected from the vehicle. The condition of the victim is unknown at this time.
